How to solve printer issue

1-close and open power of printer (restart) 

2-open the control panel

3-Select “view devices and printers”

4-this page is “my printers and input devices”

5-select my printer and click “right click” on it

And click on “troubleshoot”

6-click “next” or “apply this fix” if you see it

Finaly click or chose “close the troubleshoot”
